Every three minutes a woman in the United States is diagnosed with breast cancer.

Each year our team just grows and grows. Our very first year we started with 13 members. The following year grew to 18. By the third year the team had almost tripled in size, with 50 strong!

Babes for a Cure consists of both adult women and men - mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, friends and colleagues. It has truly become the type of team that almost anyone can join. The only requirement is that you know someone already on the team. :)

Why Join BFAC?

1. We're a really fun bunch! 
2. We have lots of fun events such as a team barbeque and fundraisers.
3. We have lots of wonderful sponsors who provide us lovely gifts and prizes.
4. Our team welcomes everyone – significant others, friends, moms, dads, brothers and sisters.
5. One of our team members won a Ford Fusion just by registering for the race! We're a lucky team!
6. You get a prize if you recruit the most (new) members or raise the most money for the race team.
7. Our team has raised over $17,000 to date and membership has jumped from 13 to 50 in just 3 years.
